Beil by a country mile.
The Sue Storm pic is not really the best representation of Alba b/c rather than picking an actress who better represents the character physically, they tried to give Alba blonde hair and light eyes....looked ridiculous. That aside,
(1) Beil has those fantastic light eyes (grn vs. light brn) eyes that are framed by a rim of dark pigment around the periphery...could hardly be a better frame for the window of her soul. I prefer this so much more over the dark brown ones of Alba. Alba's monotone dark brown are just too "blah."
(2) She's a bit taller (sorry, this matters,
)
(3) Beil's complexion is more appealing as it is lighter and contrasts well with her hair. She's "tannable" as it were (not too fair) but not too brown either (like Alba, IMHO).
(4) (to me, IMHO) Alba is "damaged goods" for two reasons: (a) having hooked up with Jeter, and (b) carrying around that herpes virus. This may seem overly clinical, but it affects the way I assess her physically and takes her off my radar completely as a result.
(5) While zombie's Beil pic is not the most flattering of her (even of the particular shoot from which this photo comes), nonetheless, her body is much more alluring....longer, leaner, pouty lips, expressive eyes, etc (as seen in this pic below):
